Every Daisy & Doodle public event requires advance planning, preparation, venue arrangements and materials selected and prepared based on the number of registered participants.

This policy applies to Daisy & Doodle public workshops, craft nights, pop-ups and other ticketed events hosted by Daisy & Doodle.

Please review the following terms before purchasing your ticket.

Tickets are non-refundable except where specifically provided in this policy.

Payment for a ticket confirms that you have read and accepted the terms outlined below.

PUBLIC EVENT TICKETS

Ticket Purchases

Your spot at a Daisy & Doodle public event is confirmed once your ticket purchase has been successfully completed.

Tickets are valid only for the event, date and activity listed at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged by Daisy & Doodle.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct event, date and number of tickets have been selected before completing their purchase.

Customer Cancellations

Tickets purchased for Daisy & Doodle public events are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled event, you may transfer your ticket to another person to attend the same event in your place.

Tickets cannot be:

• Refunded
• Transferred to a different Daisy & Doodle event
• Moved to a future event
• Exchanged for event credit
• Converted into a take-home craft kit

Whenever possible, please notify Daisy & Doodle before the event if another participant will be attending in your place.

POLICIES THAT APPLY TO ALL PUBLIC EVENT TICKETS

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may give or transfer your ticket to another person to attend the originally booked event in your place.

There is no additional fee to change the participant name.

Tickets cannot be transferred from one Daisy & Doodle event to another.

Tickets may not be resold for more than the original purchase price.

Whenever possible, please contact Daisy & Doodle before the event with the name of the new participant.

No-Shows

Participants who do not attend their scheduled event and have not transferred their ticket to another participant are considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for:

• Refunds
• Event credits
• Transfers to another event
• Replacement tickets
• Take-home materials or craft kits

Materials prepared for participants who do not attend remain the property of Daisy & Doodle and are not guaranteed to be held or provided after the event.

Sale, Promotional & Discounted Tickets

Tickets purchased during a sale, promotion, special offer, bundle or using a discount code are subject to the same ticket and cancellation policies as regularly priced tickets.

Promotional tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another Daisy & Doodle event.

The ticket may still be transferred to another person to attend the originally booked event.

Discounts, promotional offers and promotional codes have no cash value.

Late Arrivals

Participants are encouraged to arrive at the time indicated in the event information so everyone can begin the activity together.

If you arrive after instruction has started, Daisy & Doodle will make reasonable efforts to help you catch up.

Depending on how late you arrive and the structure of the activity, we cannot guarantee that instruction already provided to the group can be repeated or that the entire project can be completed during the remaining event time.

Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, credits or replacement tickets.

Minimum Event Enrollment

Some Daisy & Doodle public events require a minimum number of participants in order to proceed.

Daisy & Doodle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event if minimum enrollment is not reached.

Registered participants will be contacted using the contact information provided when purchasing their tickets.

If Daisy & Doodle cancels an event because minimum enrollment is not reached and a replacement date is not provided, ticket holders may choose:

• A full refund of the ticket price paid; OR
• To apply the amount paid toward another eligible Daisy & Doodle public event.

Event Rescheduling by Daisy & Doodle

Occasionally, Daisy & Doodle may need to change the date or time of a public event.

If an event is rescheduled by Daisy & Doodle, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new event date.

If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact Daisy & Doodle within the timeframe provided in the rescheduling notice.

You may choose:

• A refund of the ticket price paid; OR
• To apply the amount paid toward another eligible Daisy & Doodle public event.

If you choose to attend the rescheduled event, your original ticket will remain valid.

Weather, Facility Closures & Unexpected Circumstances

Safety comes first.

If severe weather, a facility closure or another circumstance outside Daisy & Doodle’s reasonable control makes it unsafe or impossible to hold an event as scheduled, Daisy & Doodle may postpone or reschedule the event.

Registered participants will be contacted with updated information as soon as reasonably possible.

Tickets will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.

A participant’s personal decision not to attend because of weather does not qualify for a refund or event credit if the event proceeds as scheduled.

If Daisy & Doodle determines that an event cannot safely proceed, information regarding the rescheduled event or other available options will be communicated directly to registered participants.

If Daisy & Doodle Cancels an Event

If Daisy & Doodle cancels a public event and a replacement date is not provided, ticket holders may choose:

• A full refund of the ticket price paid; OR
• To apply the amount paid toward another eligible Daisy & Doodle public event.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Daisy & Doodle is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants in connection with attending an event, including transportation, accommodations or other personal expenses.

Event Projects & Materials

Craft projects may vary slightly from promotional photographs, examples or samples due to material availability.

When substitutions are necessary, Daisy & Doodle will make reasonable efforts to provide materials of similar quality, style and value.

Certain colours, patterns, embellishments or project options may be available on a first-come, first-served basis during an event.

Minor substitutions or variations in craft materials do not qualify for a ticket refund or credit.

Age Requirements & Supervision

Any age requirements or recommendations for an event will be included in the individual event description.

For events involving children or youth, parents, guardians or other designated adults remain responsible for supervising their children unless the individual event description specifically states otherwise.

Daisy & Doodle staff are responsible for providing and leading the advertised craft experience and are not acting as childcare providers.

Where adult supervision is required, the appropriate supervising adult must remain present for the duration of the event.

Photos & Social Media

Daisy & Doodle may take photographs of craft projects, event setups and activities for promotional and social media purposes.

We will make reasonable efforts to obtain permission before intentionally photographing identifiable participants, particularly children and youth.

If you do not wish to be included in photographs, please let a Daisy & Doodle team member know at the beginning of the event.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending a Daisy & Doodle event.

Daisy & Doodle is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items left at an event location.

Acceptance of Ticket Terms

By purchasing a ticket to a Daisy & Doodle public event, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the Daisy & Doodle Public Events Ticket & Cancellation Policy.

The person purchasing multiple tickets is responsible for communicating relevant event information and policies to the other members of their group.
